- Is Omaa Stay a hotel?
- No — it is five serviced apartments in GRA, Benin City. Each suite is a private one-bedroom duplex with its own living room, kitchen and staircase, cleaned and serviced like a hotel room but with the space of a small house. There is no shared lobby or corridor.
- Where in Benin City are you?

- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is 11:00. The WhatsApp desk answers from 7am to 11pm if you need to arrange something outside those hours.
- Is there power and Wi-Fi?
- Yes. Inverter plus generator backup means the lights, air conditioning and Wi-Fi stay on through outages, and every suite has fibre broadband.
- How do I pay?
- Online at the time of booking — card, bank transfer or USSD, secured by Paystack. Your suite is held for 30 minutes while you pay, and availability on the site is live rather than a request form.
- Do you do long stays?
- Yes, and the nightly rate drops automatically as the stay gets longer — no code to enter. Stays of a month or more include weekly housekeeping, laundry and kitchen credit.
- Is parking available?
- Yes — free off-street parking inside the gated compound, one space per suite, with CCTV and overnight security on site.
- Can I get food to the suite?
- Yes. The in-house kitchen runs 7:00–22:00 — banga soup, party jollof, grilled catfish, English breakfast — ordered with your booking code and charged to your stay.
